Probably more often than you think.
Have you ever run a trail race? I’ve been looking at several that are nearby and they look really fun. Most are half marathons to full marathons…. Many have 30 and 50 milers…. NUTS.
I’d love to do one of the half marathons to see what’s it’s like.

At least that’s the mantra I’ve been repeating to myself all day.
One day down for the run to work experiment. I think it’s going to work! My head’s already swirling with how I can start swimming laps or perhaps adding in some cycle to the mix. After running to the gym in the morning, working out and then running back home after work body was protesting……let’s just say I fell asleep the instant my head hit the pillow. Maybe before.
I can’t wait to see how this will affect the weight/body image! Time to get some goggles….
On Monday a new adventure will start for me. I will be running to work and back home every day.
It’s going to be tough. I have not been keeping up with the running as I should have been over the past few months. They’re just happens to be a gym right next to where I work. Hopefully, after a few weeks I will be acclimated to the running and can start working in some swimming as well.
We have also just bought a blender today from the great Walmart, and will begin making are green smoothies as soon as possible. I can’t wait to see what the combo of the gym plus the green smoothies will do to this body.
